I'm Charlie Plunkett

My passion is empowering women to navigate life with grace, ease and happiness. 

I created Ballet Boutique Fitness to support the women I love to help through my ballet and mindset methods. I have been teaching ballet for over 30 years and my classes are an antidote to old beliefs you may have grown up hearing. For example, about ballet only being for people of a certain body shape, age, ability etc. These are all totally untrue, ballet is for everyone, and the benefits of this beautiful movement practice are far reaching. 

Over the last few years, I have experienced a lot of personal and spiritual growth myself and have become very curious about the stories we tell ourselves and beliefs that hold us back from being the person we are meant to be. 

Getting in a Happy Place is the mindset part of my business, created with the intention of finding the best techniques to share with you so that you can cultivate a marvellous mind to go with your beautiful body. I am a certified EFT, Belief Coding® and Mind Navigation® Facilitator, Law of Attraction and Belief Clearing Coach, Chakra & Quantum Flame® Healer, Reiki Master and Space Clearing and Feng Shui Expert. Everything I share with you I have found hugely beneficial for my clients and myself. I specialise in sharing mindset techniques that work quickly and give you the fast track to happiness you desire, so that you don’t have to spend years struggling by yourself.
